I am so excited about starting the rabbit hole dive into Mycodo. If not mistaken it seems as if the program is designed for a two part nutrient solution “dosing pump A and B”. Is it possible to configure a system with a 6 part “A through E dosing pumps” nutrients solution?

Yes it is - you will need to edit the custom python code to follow the logic that you would like. You can manage outputs individually. I am not sure about the maximum number of outputs for a given function though that is likely not a concern.
