Here are a few steps to take prior to creating a new issue or forum topic.

Read though the Mycodo manual to make sure you understand how the system works and you’re using the system properly.

Look through recent GitHub Issues and perform a search through the Issues.

Perform a search through this forum for others that have experienced a similar issue.
If you haven’t resolved your issue by this point, you can create a bug report, either here or on GitHub:

First, read How to create a good bug report

Make a New GitHub Issue describing the problem and attach a sufficient amount of information (screenshots, log files, etc.) to aid in diagnosing the issue.

Or create a new topic on this forum and select the bug category.

Do not create a bug report on both the forum and GitHub in hopes it will speed up it being resolved.
